ReplyDeleteThe questions are at the end of each chapter
ReplyDeleteChap 1- Pg.18-20
Chap 2- Pg.37-38
Chap 3- Pg.61-63
Hey can anyone help me out with the critical thinking question 11 in chapter 3?
ReplyDeleteI don't really know what I would do if i could violate the law of thermodynamics
I would destroy matter and possible see what is is comprised of since no one knows what matter is. Then I would violate the 2nd rule by creating a machine that worked at 100% efficiency. The 2nd law literally says that no machine or process can be 100% effective, it can get super close but near 100%.
ReplyDeleteCourtesy of years of Mr. Benoit beating this into my head till I finally remembered it.
lol thanks Chris!
ReplyDelete:)
All this economics chat in Chapter one is making my head spin...
ReplyDeletewhy can we not really consume anything would it be law of conservation of matter.
ReplyDeleteAlso on page 37 number 5 is that an opinion question..
ReplyDeletePublic forests, grasslands, wildlife reserves....IN terms of the management policies for most of these lands, would you classify yourself as a .......
i would say C. advocate of transferring most public lands to private enterprise.
Nat explain ur question on the consuming and law of conservation of mass
ReplyDeleteSara, I had the same question about number 11. So thanks Chris for the help. But that still leaves me with 2 other ways to use my power. Help anyone?
ReplyDeleteyeahhh Chris like i think the answer is law of conserv ation of matter..like i can explain it..but am i on the right track?
